Memory Loop is a series of 6 silkscreen prints that recreate Caracas’ architecture, landscaping, and public art spaces.
Rodolfo Agrella reflected on the relationship between border, context, and containers and the interaction of the edge and its content, not from a physical perspective but from a mindful and sensory one. He created a synthesis of multiple perimeters juxtaposed in 12 designs that blend into each other.
Through the use of solid pure black, we invite the public to reflect on the architectural and sensory space in a different way. On the other hand, the yellow paint invades the pieces to create the illusion of an expanded border.
This is not art. It is a document that communicates a live organic space—a place in the memory.
