DESCRIPTION Commissioned by Studio Nichetto and Steinway & Sons, RADS’ team created the visual narrative for the Gran Nichetto, Steinway’s limited edition by Venetian designer Luca Nichetto.
Inspired by the everlasting Italian chic from the Veneto region, the design team generated three different color structures (black on black, burgundy on burgundy, and chocolate on walnut) to create a visual identity for each Gran Nichetto model.
The exquisite contours of the Gran Nichetto, presented in three variations, were the starting point for this masterpiece’s visuals, creating a sophisticated play with color, light, and micro-architecture while combining traditional photographs and CGI.
TECHNICAL FEATURES Gran Nichetto Model B — The Black Polished, stainless-steel hardware, and Italian leather.
Gran Nichetto Model B — Midnight Red with hand-selected macassar ebony accents, brass hardware, and Italian leather.
Gran Nichetto Model B — Hand-selected American Walnut Veneer, high polish Urushi Red accents, stainless-steel hardware, and Italian leather.
