    DESCRIPTION An ephemeral utensil made of cassava and cacao powder, conceived as a fork, a spoon, or a brochette.

    The culinary lab Cocina Emocional collaborated as a partner in research and development, helping design the recipe and a whole system that included cutters, pans, and a specific cooking method that allowed preserve its shape during baking.

    In only two bites of experience, Teneo embodies the taste and texture of the product grown and fueled by the sun in Latin America. It’s curves and incisions allow you to explore several uses: as a single cracker, hooked on the edge of a bowl, or as a chain of interconnected units. Who said that food wasn’t intended to play with it?
