DESIGN AREAS Exhibition—Design, Creative—Design, Graphic—Design
DESCRIPTION Applying what he called "design acupuncture," Rodolfo Agrella created the spatial experience for the Talks, The Oasis, the new Restaurant, WantedDesign Manhattan Lounge, and Cafe at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair on its 2023 edition as a celebration of New York, infusing the fair with joyful color and emotion.
FEATURES The Oasis provided a space for relaxation in partnership with Material Bank, featuring furniture and lighting by Normann Copenhagen, rugs by Kasthall, and custom felt panels by FilzFelt. The Lounge, with furniture by Ligne Roset, celebrating 50 years of Togo, USM, custom rug by Kasthall, and lighting by David Weeks, was the perfect place for receiving visitors and the press.
On the other hand, the Talks stage background by Turf and furniture by Natuzzi and Haworth offered a perfect environment to discuss fresh and exciting ideas. At the Cafe, we could find bars from Caesarstone, furniture by Fyrn, lighting by Tala, ceiling by Turf, and carpet installation by Mohawk Group. Finally, the Restaurant, with furniture by Oasiq, Heller, Herman Miller, Knoll, and Kartell, area rugs by Chilewich, and lighting by Anglepoise, was the perfect setting to meet and greet.
